Individual license and manual order terms
These terms are the proposed agreement for the first manual release. The final order reply must identify the product, price, taxes if any, payment method, delivery timing, and the accepted terms before payment.
License grant
After confirmed payment, Optimize AEO grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one delivered copy for that person's own internal work. The purchaser may use completed findings or content created with the system in their own organization or client deliverables, but may not give a client or third party the blank workbook, guide, source templates, or substantially equivalent reusable copy.
Restrictions
Do not resell, sublicense, upload to a template library, publicly redistribute, share the source files with additional users, remove ownership notices, or present the files as your own product. Team, agency-library, classroom, and redistribution rights are not included.

The final total and currently available payment method are confirmed by email. Do not send card or banking credentials by email. A purchase exists only after both sides accept the final order and payment is confirmed.
Delivery and updates
Delivery is manual through the channel confirmed in the order reply. The delivered ZIP contains the named XLSX and PDF, this license, and a delivery note. Automated accounts, protected re-downloads, subscriptions, and future updates are not included unless stated in the accepted order.
Support, refunds, and accessibility
The support and refund policy forms part of these terms. The products do not claim compatibility with every application or WCAG/PDF-UA conformance. Ask for a compatibility check or reasonable accessible alternative before paying when needed.
Privacy
The static order form sends nothing by itself. If the purchaser sends the prepared email, the operator uses the supplied name, email, organization, order details, and subsequent payment/delivery records to answer the request, administer the transaction, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. No sale of this information or behavioral advertising is part of this release.
No outcome warranty
The products are practical review systems, not legal, financial, security, accessibility, tax, or regulatory advice. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citation, rich results, conversion, revenue, publication readiness, accessibility conformance, security, or compliance. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Owner gate: governing business identity, address, applicable law, tax handling, and jurisdiction-specific consumer disclosures must be confirmed in the final order reply before payment is accepted.
